How to Use
How to Use
For cup cleaning during your cycle, rinse your menstrual cup with cold water and pump foaming wash directly onto the cup. Thoroughly clean cup and rinse well with warm water. For vulva cleaning, use nixit wash on the external vaginal area only.

Comfortable
It takes some getting used to putting it in but once it is in place it is so comfortable you can forget you have it in. I wonder if it has to be as large around as a few times it was folded and wouldn't go flat and started to come out. But overall the most comfortable mestral cup I have tried.
