What is a menstrual disc?
Just like a menstrual cup, a menstrual disc is inserted into your vaginal canal and collects your menstrual flow. nixit’s disc-style cup sits higher in the vaginal canal (in the widest part called the vaginal fornix) and uses your anatomy to stay in place
How do menstrual discs work?
The nixit menstrual disc sits below your cervix and collects your flow (rather than absorbing it like a tampon). Your anatomy holds it securely in place, and you can leave it for up to 12 hours before removing, washing, and re-inserting. 91% of our users rarely or never feel it when it is inserted!
Which is better for my menstrual cycle: discs or pads?
